CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE/SALES CLERK

Our customers and members will look to you for assistance in the selection of goods and services to meet their needs. Working with the Store Manager, you will assist in inventory control by closely monitoring stock levels to eliminate overstocks and out-of-stocks as well as assist in ordering special order stock for customers. Other assignments include: maintain Cardlock and store, answer phones, and maintain open lines of communication between those in the workplace. You represent UFA in a positive manner at all times while adhering to all service and company policies while giving the best possible service and assistance to members and customers.
Requirements: Previous customer service background would be an asset as well as cash handling background. You have good written and oral communication abilities and are computer literate. A grade twelve diploma is preferred, must have own transportation and be willing to work Saturdays.
